Bodykits.org will be manufacturing this kit. They are one of the leading companies in custom body kit design and have designed many custom kits for countless vehicles. The kit will cost $675 plus $20 handling and $130 shipping (which is paid upon delivery). Now remember this will be a COMPLETE FIBERGLASS FRONT AND REAR BUMPER REPLACEMENT AND SIDE SKIRTS...no lips and no add-ons. Now some might say, "well why is it so expensive??" truthfully $675 for a full replacement bolt-on kit, is an AMAZING price...especially when being made from scratch.

Now the deal needs 10 guys to go through... its all up to you guys...if all goes well and people are up front with their payments, production could start as soon as early May and you'd have a fresh kit by summertime. Once again the price will be $675 plus $20 handling and $130 shipping (paid upon delivery). This total (except the $130 shipping) will be due on 05/01/03. Send your money orders as soon as possible to:

Addae Akinsheye
1015 Stirling Road
Silver Spring, MD 20901

Please include a slip of paper that includes your name, address, email address and telephone number. This will help me get a hold of you guys in case I have to. Please pass this info to any of your other third gen buddies. And remember, the faster I get your money, the faster we can get these things made.

PLEASE READ!!!
Now a few extra things:

· If the deal does go through, we will need a stock “bodied” 3rd Gen Maxima (1989-1994) located in the Southern California area (or nearby) to allow Bodykits.org to use their car as a “mold” for the kit, this participant will get their kit FREE of charge. Please contact Jahlil or me for further info concerning this.

· If we do not get 10 orders, Bodykits.org will readjust the price accordingly to the number of paid participants remaining in the deal. For example if we only get 7 people after the May 1st dealine, than the price will be raised to 875.00 plus $20 handling plus $130 shipping (due upon delivery). Now if this happens you will have 2 options:

1. Quit the group deal and have your money returned IN FULL, no questions asked. **

**All money ($675+$20) will be returned by USPS Priority Mail (with signature confirmation) in the form of a money order.

OR

2. Pay the “readjusted” price, set by Bodykits.org based on the number of remaining paying participants

Bodykits.org will adjust the price accordingly each time a participant quits the group deal and requests to have their money returned. If there are less than 4 participants after the May 1st, 2003 deadline, we will automatically CANCEL the group deal and return all participants money and unfortunately no kit will be produced.

· Items shipped to residential addresses will be slightly higher. Bodykits.org prefers to ship to business addresses (i.e.- body shops, your job, service stations, anywhere non-residential), which ensures proper delivery and saves you money. If you have concerns about this, contact Max O/D or me for further information.

I think this kit looks more like the Skyline. I want to have my bumper lights (OLD ORANAGE ONES) filled in to look even more like an R-33
