Heater blower
Can't turn off the heater,only way to turn it off,is when engine is shut off

What are you trying to say? Does your ATC shut off when you press "off"? Does the heater go off when you press "A/C"? If you have a problem, pose questions and what you have tried yourself so we can help out.

When i press the off,heat keep blowing,my tempture control,still work,the done thing,keep running/stays on,until i cut the car off,is it the control panal of what.i have control panal,that i can get out of a wreak 1999,what u thank.

water in oil
I'm showing a qrt over on the dip stick,if drive the car for a long time,when i park,sometime i see a little water under the engine,between the tranmission and engine.what u thank?
