engine swap question

Vechile is a 96 grand voyager with a 3.0 engine that is bad, can a 3.3 be swapped without any diffaculty or does it have to be a 3.0 engine?? I know that a 93 3.3 engine is OBDI but would that work.

As long as the motor mount and Transmission mount are the same you will still need the 3.3 motor with wiring harness and computer boxes..
