2000 Dodge Ram van pillar post

Hi,I have a 2000 Dodge Ram van.I want to remove the driver's side pillar post trim so I can run stereo wires to the rear compartment.All the screws seem to be out.It's hanging up on the trim my visor is attached to.Is it clipped or glued up there at all ?? Thanks.
