Center Console power Outlet Removal

I have an 03 Explorer and the power outlet is not working on the center console. I checked the fuse under the dash and its good but the maxi cartridge fuse under the hood was blown and I replaced it and it still does not work. I just bought this truck, I guess it is possible that someone disconnected it. I need to know how to take out the console to check the connection to the adapter. Can someone please tell me how to do this. email me a page from a repair manual or something. I appreciate any help.
