need some help with HUB
hey, I broke off two front drivers side wheel studs, and I was going to replace them, I got down to the hub, but I cant seem to get it off, I cant knock them out, b/c theres something behind the hub, it's not the dust shield, my uncle said it was the cruise control. Im not sure, does anyone have any advise on how to get the hub off?

Re: need some help with HUB
Cruise control is not on the hub.
It would help if you told us what model the car is.

Re: need some help with HUB
behind the hub is the knuckle and the axle shaft cv joint, i had to grind down the axle cv joint casing a little in one spot and just turned the axle till it lined up with each stud to get them all out. to get the studs to just squeeze by, it isnt the easiest thing but thats what i had to do.
