91 Lebaron Issues

Hey guys,

1) My windshield wipers seem to have stopped working. I bought the car from a guy who did all the maintenance on it. He said he had the problem before and he "jumped" the ground which fixed it. This time around he said he tried it and now it just blows fuses. The motor has been tested and that isn't the problem. I am thinking there is something wrong in the wire harness leading to the motor. Has anyone else had this problem?

2) The over-head display that has the compass/temp seems to have stopped working as well. Is this a known thing with these cars?
