replacing fuel tank vent port?

I broke my tank vent port off of my tank on my 99 tahoe. Can this be replaced and if so how? This is the vent on the front of the tank.

Thank you,
Rob

the front of the tank is the cannister assy...this is a replaceable part...

about 1/3 back on top of the tank is the fuel sender assy ...this is what most likely is damaged as you are not to lift or flex these tubes...

sure these can be replaced..., buy one and install..you will need to drop tank to get the fuel sender assy of, and this means wiring and the fuel filler neck to be disconnected.and the other fuel /return line..

Tank is out and the part I am wondering about is white and round and has a tube that has a black tube that runs from the high part of the tank(twards the filler neck) to the low part of the tank but still on the top. it looks like it is pressed in but not sure.
