Battery Prob?

I have a 2000 Sonata Gls V6 24V. I live near Chicago,IL and one morning went out to start my car had no juice (very cold). So i got a jump from somebody thought all was well, turned it off after a while went back to start it and didn't start, got another jump was driving died convinced needed a new battery. I then went to get a new battery installed it started right up except all my internal lights were on batt. e-brake, tcs, etc. also radio turned off and so did digital clock started feeling sluggish let it run 15mins then died. is it alternator (i heard clicking when i tried to crank it), orsomething else Please someone help me out here let me know if more info is needed

I would get her started and head to the nearest Autozone for a free electrical system check.
