Service Manual
I want to buy a good service manual for a 2004 Jeep GC Larado. I like good pictures and detailed explanations. What are your recommendations and where do I get it?
Thanks Scott |

Re: Service Manual
For the best service manual, try the Jeep dealership and get the manual the mechanics use.
Although I am not sure about your vehicle in particular, but in general, these factory manuals are MUCH more detailed and give much better directions than a typical Haynes or Chilton manual. You could also get it on-line. I found this on Ebay (click here) The $70 price is cheaper than a dealer, I expect. IMO the factory manuals usually are worth the extra money if you are going to do some serious repair on your truck. |

Re: Service Manual
'Rat is right - factory manual can't be beat. But if you can't get it cheap, the Haynes is pretty good for many jobs and can be found at most auto parts stores for around $20.
