remote start install
I just got a commando remote start/keyless entry system as an early Christmas present and want to know if anyone on here has installed one before. Mainly I'd like to know where the best places to mount the module and splice into all the necessary wiring would be. I was thinking behind the glove compartment because I know there's space back there. It's going to be a few days before it gets warm enough here in chicago to even think about tearing into my car, and i'd obviously like to avoid any surprises if possible. It's a 99 grand am SE v6.

Re: remote start install
I finally started tearing into the dash to get this project going and one of the wires I'm having trouble finding is the park/neutral safety wire. Every diagram I've looked at seems to show it as a different color and none of them I've checked seem to show ground only in park or neutral.

Re: remote start install
also, do grand am's have a key sense wire for the ignition switch? I thought I saw some reference to one somewhere online as dark green, but besides the yellow, black, and white, I only have a light green and black/white wire. it's for a pljx bypass kit.
