Stalling problem in 96 blazer

Ok so i have been having problems with my blazer lately. When im driving the car will stall for a second and the rpms will drop, then it will catch back to normal then die again do it a couple more times then it will drive ok. I would say 2 out of every 3 times im driving it will happen and before i bring it to the shop to get it checked out i want to get an idea of what it is, if any one can help me diagnosis this it would be greatly appreciated. -Nick

Which engine?
How many miles?
Last tune up?
Check for codes, autozone, checkers, will check for free and post any codes.
Have you checked the battery cable ends for corrision or tightness more so on the double positive cable ends.
Check fuel pressure with a furel pressure gauge, igntion switch to run what is the fuel pressure. Pressure should not drop below 55PSI in 5 minutes. Engine running what is fuel pressure?

Post results
