Popping noise over bumps, cold weather
Has anyone experienced popping noises over bumps in cold weather that sounds like it's coming from the windshield area? I'm not sure what it is...I've checked the plastic on the inside of the car near the windshield, don't think that's the problem, but it could be the plastic cowl on the outside, not sure. If it's not that, I wonder if it could be the windshield. It's a weird popping/snapping kinda noise only over hard bumps and certain dips, and I only noticed it once the temperature went below -7*C. It did this before it snowed, so I don't think it's caused by ice buildup.
Advice?

Re: Popping noise over bumps, cold weather
I have experienced this before but only while it was really cold out and it gets cold in Canada haha, it sounds like its coming from dash right? It has something to do with cold for sure, does it sound like glass is gonna crack haha?

Re: Popping noise over bumps, cold weather
My wife's Chevy pick up does the same thing. Sounds like the plastic is exploding under the dash. Have never figured it out.
