2000 Sebring front bumper removal

The front bumper has come loose and I want to secure it properly.
How do I remove and reinstall the front bumper for my Sebring 2000 Convertible?

Where is it loose? There is a screw in the fender well (at the point of fender and bumper) tighten there. A few screws holding to the inner fender. All the rest are two piece clips on the bottom and some under the hood.
