Lights do not shut off ...HELP !!!

NEED HELP !!!

My lights are not turning off at all after I shut the everything off...
I had to disconnect the battery ..
It is a 99 caravan 3.3 engine...
Anybody had this before???
What should I do???

Headlights? Parking lights? Both?

The headlight switch tells the Body Control Module (BCM) to apply the grounds to the high and low beam headlight relay coils. Power is always applied to the coil. It's just waiting for the ground from the BCM to turn on the headlights. I would suspect either the switch or the BCM is bad. You've already reset the BCM by disconnecting the battery so we know a reset won't help.
