Lightbulb The back brake locks up but only in cold wheather

Can someone please help,I have a 1999 chevy cavalier and when in cold wheather the left back tire sometimes will lock up with just a lite tap of the brakes, I have checked the brake pads they are fine.I also have had the ABS light to come on in rainy or cold wheather if you can give me a clue as of what it prob,may be i would really be greatful....

when was the last time brakes where done, and more important who changed them?

ABS systems need to be bled in a certain way if not air is left in lines, which is what sounds like in your case, if not its a good possibility that a ABS sensor is failing
