Any way around the Passlock Security system?

I found a 92 98LS the other day for $300, but it will not start due to a bad Passlock Security problem. Is there a way around it or does someone know how to fix these. I'm really interested in the engine for my Delta 88, he can get it started and it runs for 5 minutes so if it sounds good I will put it in the 88. But, if I could fix it and the car looks good I'd like to go that route.
