67 Chevelle Vin Locations

I Have A 67 Chevelle. I Do Not Have The Title. On The Fire Wall I Have The Plate. There Is Not Plate On The Door Hinge. I Am Told There Is Another Place (i Think Somewhere On The Subframe) To Find The Vin Number Stamped On. Please If Someone Knows Where. Please Let Me Know. Pcroken

Re: 67 Chevelle Vin Locations

I think it will be easier if you ask the person who sell the chevelle. Ask about the VIN (vehicle identification number) in the doorjamb or on the top of the dash. Ask about the numbers on the cowl tag and if they could write them down for you. If not, why not? Have them send this info with a picture (if they can) to you via mail... assumming that you can wait that long. If you can't wait, offer to call back at a reasonable time to get the information.
