01 740IL alarm problem *HELP*

My car won't lock, nor unlock manually. The alarm system is not working. All fuses are ok. The lock and unlock button inside the car does not work either. Sometimes when i turn the car on, the alarm goes off by itself, but then goes away. Anyone with any ideas of what's going on, and how to fix it. THANKS

Hi do you have another remote you can try? if thats not the problem you can have your local mechanic with a autoboss scanner to align the DME with the EWS or DWA(imobilizer)either way it will probably need to be recoded
aint cheap the scanner will show all faults you did not know exsisted.
Regards
