Re: Ferrari 126 C2 1:12 Protar

Good build, however,
I can't help but feel distracted by the very colorful wiring. Maybe I'm wrong or I'm the only one but maybe if you had toned down the color wiring it would look more realistic and less like a 'toy'. Was the real car's wiring this colorful?

Re: Ferrari 126 C2 1:12 Protar

the weird color of the wiring is just a result of the flash light of my stupid camera. i got the same comment in another forum.

if you check the very first image, the tone of the wiring is a little bit darker.
i have some reference book that shows almost the same colors....i'll try to post a picture, hopefully without problems for copyright.

for gionc, i'm not the owner, his name is Luciano, if you go there tell him that you know me...Enrico...and he might give you a good discount!!!
send me a pm so when you come to visit Padova we can have a coffee!!!

Fantastic work

Next time someone says Protar kits are crap, I'll show them this thread

Re: Ferrari 126 C2 1:12 Protar

Fantastic! How much of that detail is scratched versus OOB? I'd love to find a kit with that level of detail in it, though digging up references and scratching that stuff is fun too, if you're feeling energetic
