2000 Chevy Astro LS front and rear climate controls not working.

2000 Chevy Astro LS Front and rear climate controls not working including blower and rear window defroster. Is it the climate control head? Is the rear A/C switch tied to the control head as well?

Found the problem. The rear a/c switch is shorted and popping the #12 fuse under the dash.
