Question 91' prelude si

i have a prelude w/ an idle problem. it revs up and down at idle. theres a sensor facing the car in front of the throttle body, coolant goes in and out. i had to have the lines brazed because of holes rusted through. could this thing be causing any of my problems? theres a screw on the end is this an adjustment screw? i need some help on this guys.

also if that doesnt fix it it could be an intake manifold gasket and you could try and spray carb cleaner around it and it will change the idle

Are you positive it's the TPS? If not you might just need to change your air filter.
