Re: need help with wipers

Yes , I have a Wipers question for a LeSabre
(yr 2000, 77000 miles, lives in 4 seasons weather):
They work OK on high and low speed. On intermittent, or after switching to any slower position, the wipers stutter, or jitter, even stop for a few seconds at a time. It also happens as soon as you turn them off, regardless of which stroke direction they are in, but they do eventually park themselves.
Has anyone heard of this before?
Thanks for any help.

this usually means that the glass needs cleaning...sometimes I will use lacquer thinner on a clean white cotton cloth and wipe down the glass only until the cloth stays white..oils and greasy slim cause most wiper problems...glass only..and use rubber gloves..
