Thumbs up cooling system automatic air bleeding idea?

Hello everybody, I just wanted to hear your opinion on this idea guys since we have so many problems with overheating engines and trapped air pockets which I think sometimes can be very tricky to bleed out completely. So here is something that I think we can try but first wanted to see if you guys think that this can work or not. Please click here and take a look at the picture of this automatic air bleeder valve

I was wondering is it possible to find something like this where we can adjust psi pressure so lets say we adjust it to 2psi less from coolant reservoir cap psi rating and if there is any air it will do the job automatically and we will not loose any coolant. I was thinking to install this on top of the main bleeder pipe above the water pump on 3.1 and 3.4 l engines. Please let me know what you think or if you have any better ideas. Thx 3100

Re: cooling system automatic air bleeding idea?

I realy doubt that would work. For one thing these systems are pressurised so they need to be sealed tight at 15-16 psi.

The only cars I've realy had trouble with are my own.
Reasons being my TB water lines are disconnected which makes more places for the air to get trapped.

One reason for others having troubles IMO is the heater core and other small lines get gunked up from the DEX causing flow issues.
