1967 Interior

I just bought a slightly-rough 1967 El Camino. The cowl tag says it was originally Marina Blue with a Medium Blue bench seat interior. At some point, the interior was unfortunately turned black (with factory parts). I've started to buy the necessary blue parts to restore it (seat cover, carpet, dash pad, door panels, headliner, belts, etc.). I've also acquired a correct used '67 Chevelle steering wheel (black). My question is, should the dashboard and steering wheel be painted the same Marina Blue as the body, or is there a special paint to match the Medium Blue of the upholstery? I know those steering wheels are frequently painted, but I was wondering if anyone here has had any personal experience. Thanks for the help.
