Consider my first saab, need some advice!!!

Hi saabs!
I am considering my first car and I need some advice from you guys.
I have two options:
1 a 2003 Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan $6250 , 105000mi
2 2001 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible $6800, 96,750mi
Which one do you guys think more valuable?
Give me some advice and information.
