Blinkers and blower motor are both intermittant. When one works, so does the other, but they also do not work at the same time.

Before you go nuts checking for shorts, have a look under the hood inside the Power Distribution Box.. unseat and inspect the contacts of the corresponding master fuses and breakers.

If you see corroded or discolored contacts this just might be the cause of your problem.
