1996 z24 cavalier problem

Hi
I have a question for anyone who can help me. I have a problem with my cavalier. Part of the frame is broken and i don't know whether or not it can be fixed and i have no clue what the part would be called. I was hoping some one could take a look at the picture and let me know. It is at the front of the car and goes horizontally from wheel to wheel. It has caused my wheel to face passenger side wheel to face a different direction and made it touch the wheelwell. I have no clue what may have cause it as well. Let me know if you need any more information and thanks in advance.
Tyson

Ignore post, figured out that the part is a subframe (or K-frame)
