00 windstar chugs and bucks fixed!!!

I have a 2000 windstar 3.8 l with 167k on her, that my gf use's for a work vehicale and we need this van to are bills. but neway the reason i am posting this is to thank all of you for your support i have been reading threw this forum to try and figure out what was wrong with the van. It has been driving me crazy cause i couldnt get it to run smooth again. a few weeks ago the van was actin weird like chuging and bucking the gf told me about it and i test drove it and it acted like it was wires and plugs so i changed them and still had the prob. so i got on this forum and started to read and i am new here. i checked and cleaned the injectors turned out they where good. went a got a coil pack replaced that. most forums that i read seemed to be leadin towards that it helped a lil but still bucking. then i got readin more about clogged egr ports, so i tore ddown the intake and boy where they cloged got carb cleaner and a pick and vacum like they siad on the one forum and i cleaned a reassembled her backed together took off the iac and cleaned that to a lubed it. took her for a test drive better then ever she was fixed!!!! so nebody that hs a chugging and buckingengine i would suggest to clean egr ports helped me out. and thanks to all on this forum. this forum helped me out alot im not a ford guy i live up to my chevy trucks neways thanks to all.

after i did all this . i unhooked the battery to reset the computer. engine runs good the gf took the van on a job which is a road trip the lights in the interior dimed down and the headlights go on and off. she called a told me wat can i do so i can tell her over the phone. try undoin th battery again?

My van did this when the batt was about to die.. Have the Batt and alt. checked..
