95 corsica cold start problem

i'm having a problem with starting in very cold weather, the battery is fine but the car acts like it's trying to start with a weak battery, it cranks really slow and barely fires but does start... any thoughts

I would clean the battery connections and also the ground to the motor and starter connection first. Using the wrong grade of oil can also cause this problem.
