Question

"92 Eldorado will not start - please help

My 1992 Eldorado, 4.9, will not start when it is cold outside, but starts fine when it is warm outside. When it gets below 40 degrees outside it just will not start. Nobody I have talked to can help me, hope you can. ANY suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks
