locked radio 02-04 chevrotle
I have a Chevy Impala and I bought a new stock deck but its locked do anyone know how to unlock?

Take it to the dealer,has to unlocked with the Tech 2 and GM started this in 2001.This is the only way to do it on 2001 and up GMs
