fuel tank

hi,i have 04 town and country and recently i have trouble to fill up a tank,as soon i start pumping gas, it stops,i tried different gas stations but all the same,to put a couple of gallons takes me about 5 min,can you halp me?,any idias? someone told me ,that i have air in a tank,thats the cause,but personaly i dont know.thank you.

either air in your thank or vent is clogged

Check if the flapper up close to the top of filler neck where the pump nozzle penetrates is still there. If not it's probably blocking the neck further down at some point. I had this happen with a different vehicle & was just barely able to reach down with a needle nose pliers & remove the broken off flapper. If you can see the broken flapper but not reach it try to mash it over to one side so fuel can flow past it. It's most likely aluminum & shouldn't be a problem if you can get it so it does doesn't block the flow of fuel.
