06 F250 Vibrating

I have a 06 f250 that i recently bought.it has 40,000 miles on it the dealer had to change one tire on it.now it vibrates.they said its ok to change one tire and not throw the truck out of wack. is this true.they have already balanced the tires 3 times and it still vibrates.any help would be great.

when they balanced them was there alot of weight on the tire they balanced? if not you sure rem isn't bent? and any rem can bend. have you checked tie rods and all that if so see if pitman arm is wore out.

The problem could be the tires themselves. Could have a slipped belt in the tread which would make it do that. Visually inspect the tires for bubbles in the sidewall or for high spots on the tread. You can only do so much with tires that may not look worn out, but are worn out.

Just one tire? Seems like your truck begs to differ. I'd tell them if they can't convince your truck to go along with their detour of common logic for the sake of saving themselves 40 bucks whth no regard for the time you've expended, you sincerely hope that an additional matching tire will actually rectify the problem. Otherwise, it could bring into question as to whether the front suspension had sustained damage prior to your purchase. Their inability to rectify or even desearn the cause, could bring into question concern as to the safety of operation now and in fact, safty of operation at the time of sale. And some people (like a Judge) might think that might make the sale contract legally null & void where both parties are returned to their status prior to entering the agreement (Here's your truck back, I believe you have a check ready for me? If you'd like a little help straightening out the problem, stop and say hi to your salesman that already spent his commission on the sale and run this by him: "That you would prefer to keep the truck but the longer the problem continues to persist the more you (and your attorney)believe to to be an actual safety concern leaving you no other option than to return the truck & rescind the purchase agreement. What it means to him is "He's going to have the commission backed out of one of his paychecks in the very near future, so if he would like to advert that, here's his chance to help clear the mess up. When they feel a tug on their wallet they can suddenly display a pretty convincing display of personal concern for your problem. Kinda like how a opposum can in a split second look like its been dead for days if cornered by a pit bull. Anyway my nieces husband is the Gen. Manager at a Mercedes dealership but he say's no matter where the game is played, it's played the same. Display a calm matter of fact attitude & that at least there would closure soon, one way or another. Weather you actually carry out a resission of the purchase agreement is your call, informing them of the There are legal grounds. I equate reciting this speal to them with artillary practice, where the first round is referred to as "Fireing for effect".
