Are the 1998-2002 seats in Silverados the same as 2003-2006?

My drivers seat recently got damaged by a cigarrete burn. While I was unable to find a way to repair ir, I opted to replace the cloth seats with leather seat covers. A seller on ebay states that he has a set of silverado crew cab seats 1998-02 in the color that I need. My truck is a 2006 Silverado Crew Cab LS. The 2nd row seats has a fold down cupholder.

Basically, are the 1998-2002 seats in Silverados the same as 2003-2006?

Thank you very much for your help.

Chevy Power:

The seats are different...the older 1999-2002 seats have the belt that comes thru the leather on the seat, the newer seats don't. The seat leather design is different, and if i remember right, the new style seats are alittle smaller and a few inches shorter on the back.
