2001 Lincoln LS Takes forever to warm up

Hi everyone. I have an 01 LS 3.9 with approx. 110,000miles on it. I live in southern California (Los Angeles) and for some reason my car takes over 15+ minutes in the morning to warm up. Is this normal, does anyone else have this problem?
