Brake Problem? 2001 Grand Prix

I recently have started hearing a bad scrapping noise coming from the right front wheel. I figured it was bad pads. I took them off and there was hardly any wear on them. The rotor did not look scarred nor did the pads. It does sound worse when stopping from reverse and the noise is more audible from inside the car. 2001 Grand Prix SE 125,000 miles.

sounds like a stuck caliper. take the tire off, and remove the 2 bolts that hold the caliper on, put some grease on the rods and see if that helps, if not...you might need to buy a new caliper.

Is there any wear grooves on the back side of the rotor?
