Light Relays
I was installing a plow harness to my 02 and broke a relay in the truck, i bought a new one and as i was installing it i broke a second relay and a wire also broke on a third relay...there are 6 of these. Before repairing the rest of the damage, i started the truck and everything is working...including the high/low beams on the plow lights..blinkers..etc. Can someone shine some light on what these actually do..or point me to a wiring diagram online. I took it to the garage down the road and the mech. said don't worry about it????But i have a bad feeling about broken wires.

Re: Light Relays
the relay locations have names..these names will determine whats effected...most relays are exactly the same part number ...
why did the relay fail and not the fuse....you are using the correct fuse size??? |
