Finaly fixed the speedometer
I replaced the sensor and then replaced the speedometer
now it works

I hate all this electronic B.S they put on cars nowdays

what was wrong with your speedometer? - I just bought a 1990 euro 3.1L model and discovered that it runs about 10 mph faster on the speedometer than what I am actually doing - example: on freeway it shows I am doing 75 when in fact I am doing 65 per a secondary vehicle that was running behind me
