Chrome trim around interior door handle

I have a 2004 Rainier. The chrome trim around the interior passenger door handle (front seat, oval shaped) has come off and the pegs holding it in have broken. Am looking for suggestions on how to refasten the original plastic piece. Or a source of purchasing a new trim component.

Any help would be appreciated.
