Subaru Impreza 2006, Group N4 Rally Car

Dear All,

I would like to share my custom made Subaru Impreza, Group N4 Rally car with you. Since there is no Group N4 Rally car production in 1/18, I decided to create my own;

here below are the photos. I hope you like it.....

The only missing point of this car is the beautiful branding. Since I couldnt find a good one yet I didnt apply any brandings and consider it as Recce Car
any branding ideas are welcome..

regards;
Omer Yetis

Very nice, one question. What are the regulations in the Group N4 category? What sets these apart from say WRC cars?

N is the Group name and 4 is the class name.
In group N cars the engine modifications are forbidden. you can only do small changes. so they are like road cars.
class 4 means, with turbo charged (limited restrictors), 2l engine, and 4 wheel dirve cars.
they are production cars.

WRC cars are completely custom made cars. besides the brand of the car all is re-produced according to Group A class 8 regulations.
Group A means, open to any modification within FIA homologations. and class 8 symbolizes 4 wheel drive, 2 l engine with turbo charged,

Re: Subaru Impreza 2006, Group N4 Rally Car

Haha thats a good question. I think I can say that I have started with Matchbox ones while I was a child.
and then bcs I have passion to automobiles, especially to rally cars because my father use to be a rally driver as well.
I started to collect 1/18 rally cars. I have been living in China since the last 3 years and started collecting rally cars. the first car of my rally collection was Ford Focus.
