2004 Montana

Hi all! I am sure of what the problem is but I just want to double check, I have a 204 Pontiac Montana with about 175km on it. It keeps going down coolant about a 4 liters per year and in the coolant reservoir there looks to me like oil in it. If I take the oil filler cap off it has sludge along with sludge in my oil filter not every oil change. I also have a noisy hydraulic lifter that gets better when warm.
Any thoughts??

Jeff

If you look at your owner's manual, you will see where it says that if you have to add any coolant in a 6-month period, you need to get it looked at. It's either a LIM gasket leak or a cracked head(s). You need to get it looked at soon, because you are using cooling to lubricate your bearings. Not good.
