Coupe or Sedan? Didn't specify

I got my 6MT coupe w/ premium for MSRP ~$35K in December.
Don't pay over MSRP, but don't expect to get much off of a 6MT coupe either. If you can get $500 off MSRP, I'd be happy.

If it's a sedan, I don't know, as the 6MT sedan just came out...

If I were looking I'd just checkout edmunds.com and see what the TMV is and shoot for that. I'd be interested to know how unrealistic this True Market Value is given that the g35c seems to be pretty popular right now, which doesn't fair well in terms of feeling like you got a good deal.

Actually, I saved you the time. THe premium package with the 3-piece aero package (spoiler included) has a TMV of:

$34,485

Actually, I wouldn't mind paying more if the car will hold it's value better, but I guess only time will tell.

Post back if you make a deal! Let us know what you pay and exactly what options.

Alright,
I am heading to the dealer tomorrow.
I put $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle.
I wanted a red one with black leather but it got sold as it was getting off the truck
So the next and only choice available was a silver w/ tan leather.
I am not sure a silver with tan color. I wish it has black leather instead.

anyway, the dealer took the offer of $34500 and my drive out is $37012.00
it has aero package and premium package.
I guess i got a deal

I wasn't a huge fan of the Willow leather w/ the aluminum trim either, but it's not bad. I got a Diamond Graphite with Graphite (Black) interior. You'll love your car, and you got a good deal. Enjoy!

oh man...
That was my first color choice.
They didn't have that color at the time
and I didn't want to wait another 1~2 month.

Well, hell, that seems like a decent price. WHat's all this I hear about people paying MSRP or more?

Note on MSRP...

Keep in mind that when the car first came out (Nov) people were paying a lot more. That's when I bought mine at MSRP, also, depending on where you live, the prices can vary. In LA, I know they're still going for a lot over MSRP. Edmunds doesn't take all that into account.

That's it.

I finally signed the contract yesterday and managed to negotiate a very decent price.

In Canada, the G35 Coupe with Automatic Transmission and Performance package sells for $46,000 + $1,580 in transport, preparation + $17 for new tires taxes, $100 for air conditionner tax and $52 for legal registration for a grand total of $47,749.

I managed to get a Brilliant Silver one with black leather interior for $46,250 all in or $53,200 after taxes.

For a US buyer, it means around $39,400 taxes includes at the current exchange rate.

I'm so eager to get it. Only one month to wait...

This thread has been dead for a while, but I'll throw in my $.02. I got a 2003 1/2 6MT, desert whatever color (gold) with the black leather interior. Since it was a 1/2 I got the Xenon headlights standard, as well as the new trunk (Someone told me about the latter, I'm not sure what that means.) The 6MT comes standard with the sports suspension. I paid $29,500 after tax, title, registration, delivery to a location 90 minutes from the dealership, etc My info says I got a damn good deal as I bought it about a month ago.
