Re: can anyone help me

Welcome to the forum!

When you say "real hard to crank" are you suggesting that the starter is cranking the engine over slowly, or that it cranks a long time before starting? Did you measure the fuel pressure prior to changing the fuel pump and filter? If so, what was it? If it was low, what is it now that those were changed?

Have you recently had the rest of a tune up performed (plugs, wires, air filter checked, vacuum lines inspected)? How old is the battery and has it been load tested recently? Have you scanned the system for pending diagnostic codes?

Re: can anyone help me

Try checking the battery post terminals... if they are side post (most likely are) then you should check them to see how tight they are since they are notoriuos for becoming lose.
