'01 Monte SS

Hey guys, I have a '01 Monte SS It started running a little rough, the engine light came on. I checked it it gave me a p0420 cat. code. I drove it today and it seems to be fine, so I reset the engine light. I changed the cat. about 2 yrs ago. any idea what else it could be? Oxygen sensor maybe? let me know what you think. Thanks!!! -Tony
