1989 jeep wrangler stalling

Having issues with my jeep stalling. It had been parked for a month due to tranny leaking.. finally got around to getting it fixed, so drove it and ran fine then about an hour in was driving fine and started bogging down completely for a few seconds then gets back to normal.. recently it has gotten worst..

This is what i have done.

Changed fuel filter.
rebuilt carburetor.
replaced the fuel pump.

Anyone have any other ideas as to what it might. be.. It has an HEI distributor and a weber carburetor. Any leads will be attempted.. thanks!
