My clicker battery died and I had to turn off my alarm..
Did anyone know that in order to shut off the alarm on your 4th gen max all you have to do is open the trunk with the key manually?

yeah, if you stick the key in any of the key things it'll stop. it won't work though if you put it in the ignition, which is kinda stupid
|

Sounds kinda sketchy to me. I'd imagine that someone could jam any ol' key into the lock and it might stop the alarm. I'm assuming we're talking about the factory alarm?
