Something to try...mpg improver ?
I saw this in the December 2008 Scientific American...
 Does anyone know about this? I don't believe that the idea is all that new...but if anyone has tried it, would be nice to report the results here! The idea is that electrically charging the fuel makes the fuel atomize even more than it normally does - coming out of the Fuel Injector - the droplets repel each other and spread out more. Is this just one more bogus idea to sell crap at the end of magazines like "magnetizing your fuel" for more power - "just $49.95!" for a set of magnets...? DoctorBill

I'm not sure about this one but it sounds very similar to the magnets they sell that wrap around your fuel line. From what I hear they did not do very well.
