Re: 1997 LeSabre Theft Deterrent Problems - Trunk

Hello... I'm new here, so please forgive me if I'm leaving this comment in the wrong place. I have a 1992 Park Avenue with the same problem as this person's 1997 LeSabre. The alarm periodically goes off on its own for no reason. I read all of the notes in this thread and see that the suggested solution worked for the LeSabre. My question is this: Would a 1992 Park Avenue have the same wiring for the alarm? In other words, would this same solution apply to my car? If so, can you tell me where I would find the RFA, and what it looks like (so I know what I'm looking for)? Would it be located at the lower right corner of the dash just like the LeSabre? Any help would really be appreciated. It's gone off a couple times now in the middle of the night, which the neighbors probably aren't thrilled about. Thank you.
