Might be a tough question, but...

Might be too broad of a question, but anyone got a record of an F1 being located BC, canada around 1994-1995? Silver in color. According to my dad we saw this car around the Lake Louise area but it's possible the car could have come from a nearby state/province such as washington or alberta. I *may* have a photograph of it, I will try and dig something up next time I am over at my parents house.

Re: Might be a tough question, but...

There's one F1 we know is in Canada, but on the other coast in the Montreal area. I've also briefly seen rumor of a black F1 in a dealer showroom in Canada but the description was vague and second hand and there was no real proof accompanying it.

I believe Canada had a similar problem with the importation of the car for sale that we did down here in the USA, so it's unlikely that anyone who lived there owned it. I think the one in Montreal is still waiting for 2009 to roll around before they can officially take the wraps off of it since it will (probably) be 15 years old at that point and finally elligible for legal importation and registration.

You may have just seen someone out for a great drive. The cars were very new back then, and there weren't even any in the USA yet so far as I am aware, but you never know where the wealthy might take one of their toys on a holiday.

If you do have a photo that would be great, but probably won't aid in the identification process as almost all silver F1s lack any distinguishing features.

Re: Might be a tough question, but...

Thanks for the info.

I believe the car located in Montreal only arrived in 2001 (?) but I am not sure.
